|
|
I have just upgraded to Igo8 & one simple little thing is bugging me.
How do I make Igo display my route with me heading upwards at all times, ie following the route & rotating the screen so that I am always heading upwards on the screen?
The old version did it by default but on the new version I can't figure out how to turn this simple yet much needed feature, anyone??? Thanks. |

In 3D routing mode tap on screen and select the 'un' ghosted icon bottom left.
Edit.
2nd thoughts, I may have misunderstood what you wanted. The above is if you want overhead view.
So maybe Settings - Navigation and untick Overview Mode. _________________ PGPSW Grand Finale Prize 2010 - TomTom Via LIVE 120 EUROPE. Which my son has stolen since he got a driving job so I'm back with

in 3d mode simply 'tilt' the view until you are 'above' the marker

Yes it seems if you use iGo in 3D mode then the camera will stay with you (the car) always pointing up, which is what I want.
I can't find anyway to achieve this is "D mode though :-( |

Use 3D mode and tilt the view up, set Restore Lock-to-Position off.
