Explained on the download page:
Quote: | What are the pMobile files?
The pMobile files were added as an extra set of warnings so that you could be aware of places that may have a mobile camera in place. They are sites that have been submitted but not yet been added to the main database They have not been checked for accuracy, nor have they been visited by any verifiers for the feasibility. It would be of benefit if you could report, via the submissions page, whether you have seen the site in use or any other information that may help verify or remove the pending site. |
The .ogg sound files are available here and that page has links at the bottom to the Optional and much better Icon files and also custom cursors _________________ Darren Griffin |

There aren't any .ogg files for pMobiles. You can use the ordinary Mobile files by copying and renaming them or, if you want a more specific warning and your device has the Text to Speech facility, you can type in your own. _________________ Anita

Sorry, Darren. I use Liz version 2 and, because that doesn't include pMobiles I assumed none of them did. Didn't read your post properly either!
I'll go and sit on the naughty step. _________________ Anita

No one's actually told you what a pMobile is yet either....
Did you find out? There is a link which explains all, on the main download page right next to the first box where you enter your satnav system. |

Can these be added to the download page, Darren?
Preferably added to the existing zip download rather than a separate entry?
(And there's also the "Simon" voice set I sent you ages ago - that has files for pMobiles included in the set. Can that go in too?)
Then the page could maybe be updated to say which ones do have pMobiles included (IIRC only these two plus the seperate "Crystal" set so far).
Any news on the new recording session? |

I've asked for confirmation from Mullet that we can host these, once received I'll upload. I confess I can't find the Simon files, can you re-send
I'm awaiting the files from Liz, didn't want to chase as she's doing this for free so will give her a while longer before I pester her. _________________ Darren Griffin |

"Simon" files (3 versions) re-sent just now by email, Darren..
Shout if you don't receive them!
EDIT:
Thanks to Darren, these have now been added to the Collections page (Third "name" down)
And just to confirm.. they also include files for the "pMobiles" |
