I Have Subscribed - But You Are Saying I Haven't.

I subscribed to download the speed cameras on 30 March this year and paid a years subscription of £19, but when I log to download the camera database the message states that I have not subscribed. I do have my Paypal receipt to prove it. Can you help???

For the benefit of others who may have a similar issue, this occurred because the poster had two forum accounts, one with a subscription and one without. Our forum rules state that multiple accounts are not permitted and this type of issue is one of the reasons for this.

We have a very efficient support desk for subs and other account issues so there is no need to create another account if you have forgotten a user-name and or password, just email us and we will advise you. In this case the email (received whilst I was in bed late last night!) was actioned and replied to by 8.30am. Not too shabby!

I've been a member for a while now but have not downloaded a database for sometime now: Using a motorcycle these days and have no GPS

Could you please tell me when my subscription expired?
