Quest 2 - Problems uploading City Nva 2008 - Pls help!

Hi

Have received the cd from Garmin, loaded City Nav 2008 onto my PC, unlocked the maps. On trying to upload the maps all appears well and loads up (takes nearly 1.5hrs) ok but after it has all finished and I switch on my GPS the % loading bar works its way along but stops at 98%. I then get a message saying 'Detail Maps Don't Support Routing'.

It appears I only have the base map on the unit and when I go to Menu/ settings there is no 'Map Info' icon - it seems nothing has uploaded.

So I now, not only do not have v2008 but have also lost the CN v8 that was on it before.

Can any body pls help with this?

For other people's benifit I have now installed it from a different computer and all is well - I think the problem was with my pybot and Norten antivrus software as 'gstart' was acting up!
