According to this you can get TT working with the internal GPS on N95.

I don't have an N95 so can't speak from personal experience, but I've seen plenty of reports that it does indeed work.
You can also find the same on various t o r r e n t sites, if the links given have expired.
Obviously you would only be downloading from such a place if you already owned TT and just wanted the extra open source binaries and instructions for making this work.
