I presumed that as it was provided by Ofcom, it would be something the networks had to comply with.
It's quite a complicated story, but basically through various agreements, court cases etc. the situation is now that the networks don't have to, and indeed chose not to, provide updates. _________________ Please don't be offended if I do not reply to a PM - please ask questions via the forums.
