Destinator: Favourites alert!

HI, I wonder if you can help?

I have installed the relevent bmp images to the correct foders on my GPS400. I've made sure that the wav sound files are installed, and I made sure the all have exactly the same name. I then installed the CSV files using the Destinator ND software.

Just been out on the car and instead of hearing the installed voice, I get "Favourites alert". What am I doing wrong???
