Car Mount - Mio P550

Hi,

Just replaced my Dell Axim X5 for a Mio P550.

For the Dell I had the G2500 mount hardwired into the cars electrics.

I would like a similar solution for the Mio P550. The features Needed are...

Moulded mount
Powered for charging
Powered speaker.

Would be also nice if the mount would...
Fit onto the bracket I have still in the car from the G2500 mount. This is a flat square that the mount slides over not the more common fitting where the bracket has 4 tabs that stick into the back of the mount.
Would use the same plug for the power so I don't have to re-wire the power source.

Any suggestions of the mount to buy and where to buy would be appreciated.

thought I'd bump this topic as it has been 7 months Smile

I bought a cheapy powered mount for this from ebay and the 1st want stopped working with a couple of weeks. This was returned but when the replacement did the same I put it down to experience and binned it.

I then decided to look at the more expensive route of Brodit Mount and Pro Clip but cant find a powered (active) mount for this model.

So I would like to ask the same question as in the 1st post but...
- The powered speaker is now demoted to "would be nice" but not essential as the speaker in the P550 is much better than the one I had with the dell.
- Being able to fit onto the G2500 is no longer a problem as I had to adapt it to fit the cheapy ones.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
