gnav10 problems

hi all this is my first post so be kind please.i recently bought a goodmans gnav10 and i am having problems getting my maps onto it.i am using desitnitor6 and i am running windows xp.

i have downloaded the latest version of active sync from microsoft and installed it.problem is that when i go to load a map form the destinator console i selected target device then select memory card and it goes to load something but then says can not get data from mobile device.i connectusb cable to pc i hear it registering with xp and it comes up on gnav10 screen coonecting with host.

i have searched the forums and google but am still stuck all help would be brillant.i also have service pack 2 for xp installed and it is up to date with updates.

Try plugging the USB lead into a socket on the rear of the PC, some front panel connections or USB ports on monitors/ hubs etc can stop the connection from working correctly - Mike
