tom tom one europe speed cameras

hi guys just a quick question im just doing my mates new tom tom europe by put poi on and the speed cameras and voice sounds on but i just wondered if the speed cameras just cover the uk and not the other countries also would it be ok to copy his sd card and copy it and use in my tom tom or would they no
