I cannot do this as I don't have the same device, but don't you have a back-up? I am not talking about the one TomTom Home creates I mean a full copy of your card made using Windows Explorer - or has your PC clean up got that as well? - Mike |

Does it have to be the original?
Isn't this something you can get thru TomTom HOME update?
Will a PGPSW copy do to start, then use HOME?
I dunno much 'bout what HOME will & won't do, or compatibility of data.chk between models. Sorry.
Meantime, PGPSW version would get you running. |

Hirvevarra, i'm actuall y using the pgw data chk voice file but when i looked for my original file it had disappeared...
question about the voice data chk file..on the poi warning settings , which 'sound' do you select to get the whole range of warnings..after my download , my default 'sound' said something like 'provided by pocket gps world'.... _________________ *************************** |

In that case, I would have d/l'd the PGPSW data.chk again & that would have saved doing System Restore ( potential data loss on your PC ).

I would imagine this depends on what your ONEv2 is trying to tell you & what POI's you are alerted to & why aren't you doing the OGG method......?. I'd go into Warn when near and check your allocation of alert sounds, find Polite3 ( that's Credits, really ) and you found what is thanking you for being a PGPSW user.

The 'partial' whole range are in there already ( go add a warn when near and hi t Test & Next to play them all )
Or you could do the OGG method......!!
