Hi can someone please confirm what file I need to send in so you can update the camera database.

I only managed to send in one last time before the camera database was updated. However I went past the same camera the other day and it is not present in the latest release.

I’ve also got another 5 cameras that need to be added.

One question I have though. on the M4 going from London to Reading, there are three speed cameras n the map all are duplicates. I was going to click the button and say false speed camera, but I had second thoughts as there is a speed camera there it is just marked up three times.

I i did click false camera would you remove all three or just one ????????

Just send the OV2 that holds the new cameras to cameras@pocketgpsworld.com

It's difficult for us to receive false cameras, because all it does is remove it from the list so we don't see it as an addition.

The best way to report false cameras is manually by emailing the above email address, when you're in the comfort of your own home/office, go to map view, browse the area where the cameras were, and tap each camera and a Camera ID should appear. Email us the camera id's you believe are false and we will remove these.
