downloading speed camera database on my garmin i3

hi i'm new to this downloading thing can anyone help i am trying to download the speed camera database i'm following all the instructions off this forum and off the sites instructions the poi's zipped folder installs no probs but the speed camera database wont install it doesn't download in a zipped folder it downloads into a file that when i click on it it tells me it cannot install as it is not a cvs file its a web link and wil not install onto my garmin i3 am i doing something wrong
