NEED HELP! With laptop navigation software!

Hi,
im looking for a software which can record certain data into a log file which can be reviewed in future. Is it possible to find a software which will record new entries into the log every 10secs to 10 minutes about the information below:

- Top Speed
- Location
- Date/Time
- Average Speed
- Distance Travelled

Im looking for one which can show the information on a printable sheet or that can be reviewed on the computer screen. If anyone could help id be most appreciative, also i don't mind paying for software.

Garmin supply this free!
MapSource or n-Route.

Both my iQue and my GPSMap 60CS can supply 'Tracks' to Mapsource for viewing and printing.

You can connect the units to a laptop in the car, and the 'live' feed to n-Route gives tracks in a live laptop, with larger maps for your co-driver!!!

I always keep my tracks on my PC for 3 months as a record of where I was on a particular day in case somebody says I was speeding!!

Transfer the actual tracks to PC before saving on the unit!
