tomtom 5.21 hangs after first configuration

hello
i've installed tomtom 5.21 and after i run for the first time, i choose language and thenwhen i choose voice, i test it and it works, but when i choose select it wait i while and then goes out to windows.

please help me

and my com4 and com5 are blocked and i've made a hard reset and
nothing.

I am guessing that you are trying to install just the update to 5.21 , without the original TTN5 being on yr machine, which hangs at the voice section because it is not the full installation file. You need to have a working copy of TTN5 on yr pda first, I have tried to run just the update myself and it just hangs at the same place. Hope this helps..

the version that i have has installation and update. but i will try to install tomtom 5.0 and then update to 5.21
