Loading Florida map on UK i3

Is it possible to load USA maps on uk i3 and if so does anyone know how much they will cost? I am only intrested in Florida at the moment.

Also has anyone tried loading V8 uk maps on their V7 transflash card and does it work? . The unit will only recognise a Garmin transflsh registered to that particular unit,but is it possible to load an alternative map on to that card?(either an update map or different region)

yes you can load usa maps onto a blank card and it will navigate with voice etc.....you must have city select usa with unlock codes or metroguide usa v4.01 which does not need an unlock code and has 2001 maps...

you can copy v7 maps to another v7 card but you cant copy v8 to v7 i know i tried
