Displaying Custom POIs on the Map

I've loaded some of MaFt's excellent POIs and there are a number which I would like to display on the map whilst driving, e.g. Motorway Service Stations. Is there a way to display / receive a warning whilst approaching the POI?

I know the POI is there because I can set a route to it.

I have searched the Forum and the nearest info relates to editing the csv files for Speed Camera from @70, @60 etc... down to @0 to display at any speed.

When I edit a non speed camera related POI, and insert an @0 this still doesn't make the POI display on screen whilst driving.

Can anybody please help.
