Has anyone got any experience of the Garmin Nuvi?

I like the i3 but it does have some limitations (before I get flamed, I know it is only a budget device and what can you expect for your money!)

What I would be looking for in a more expensive unit is:-

1. Ability to select a destination by touching a point on the map (a la TT)
2. Multiple waypoints plus an ability to route plan
3. Batteries rechargable whilst in the device.
4. V8 maps, of course Laughing

The Nuvi has the following:

1.Yes you can select a destination by touching a point on the map screen.

2.Not multiple im afraid, only one waypoint at a time.

3.Batteries are rechargeble.

4,V8 maps. Yes when they are released.

Thanks for the info - I'll stick with the i3 for the time-being.
