Upgraded to 5.0.1.48 and my streets are gone/screwy!

After upgrading to 5.0.1.48 on my iPaq 3835, my streets are no longer available when trying to map a route. All I get is "City Center" as an option, no matter which city I choose. Also, when routing back to a known address (my home), there is now showing gibberish where street names should be. I had turned on POIs to test them but turned them off with no difference in the behavior.

I'm going to uninstall and rerun the .48 install to see if that fixes it. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
