POI just a red square

I am having trouble with just one POI.bmp. Its the one for Argos stores. For some reason it only shows as a red square, whilst all the others are OK.

I have checked that it is set to 22 x 22 pixels, and cant see any differences to any of the other POI's. Its not that important, but I'd like to get it right, so any ideas please?

it's probably using too many colours (24bpp i assume). Reduce the colour depth to 256 or less.
