Well, you may have noticed my absence for the last week or so! I've been away with Ivy and the family.
She got us to Cayton Bay from Bradford no problems. Had us driving to Bridlington and Scarborough without a glitch, got us to the local Morrisons, McDonalds, Hungry Horse and Burger Kings without a fault!
Only thing I didn't like is that on the map view (when you find a point and select 'view map') it shows 'p' for parking area's - HOWEVER you can't actually select these anywhere... You'd have thought that they would have included parking places in the Where To list seeing as the data is there?
Having said that, it's easy enough to select the town (i.e. Brid) then once in the centre follow signs for parking.

| Oh, and the detour function worked well to get me past some roadworks/traffic jams |

I seem to recall that if you do a search under the "all points of interest" one, then it lists parking in there, and you can nav to it.

will have a look tonight, but surely if it's in the 'all points of interest' list then it should be somewhere in the nested/sub lists? i've been through all of them but couldn't find any... i'd have thought it would be in either the 'community services' or 'transportation' groups.
