Finding places by grid reference

Hello all.

I've got an I3, my first venture into in-car GPS. I quite often need to find somewhere other than a building. An example would be a car park in the middle of nowhere meeting up for mountain biking or the like. I know the OS gird ref for where I need to be but it quite often doesn't have a post code.

Can I navigate to an OS grid ref using the I3?

Try entering the OS grid ref as a place in Multimap. That should give you the lat. & lon.

Then create your own POI csv file and use the decimal verion of the lat & lon.

Other threads in this forum describe the format of the csv file and how to load it onto the i3..
