Sd cards, TT One, Adding Europe Maps

Hi All,

Newb calling. I haven't even got my TT One yet, but it should arrive soon.

Just having a browse at SD card prices on Ebay. Way cheap! So cheap I want to get a 1GB, and that got me thinking:

Can A TT One / Go etc take a 1GB SD card? I remember some mp3 players being unable to take more than 512mb a while back

Assuming they can: Would it be feasible to "upgrade" a TTOne to include Western Europe Maps (or part thereof) by copying them from individual smaller SD cards to one one 1GB card and have them running like a TT Go 700?

Any thoughts?

You can get Maps of Western Europe on 6CDs for about £96, 1GB card and just load the maps from these CDs onto the SD card.
