Hi,

got it working, thanks for the help.

Downloaded usb driver from garmin web site , but cant open it , keep get an error code.

can i get it any where else, i'm trying to upload the POI download , but it cant see my device, as i probalby need to have the software for the usb driver sload onto the pc.

help again please.

Once the USB driver is downloaded, plug the i3 into the usb port and a "new hardware" window should come up. If it doesn't, go to control panel and select "new hardware". Then tell it to look for usb drivers in the folder where you saved the usb driver download and it should all sort itself out. If it still doesn't work, there may be something wrong with the download so re-download it.
