Gpslim236 and Route66 problem.

Hello,
I have set up Gpsslim236 and gotten it to work with GPSViewer (COM8 38600) but I have problems getting it to play with Route66.

Route66 says it recognizes that a GPS is connected but it doesn't receive any data. (GPS is connected, waiting for information...).

I am thinking this has something to do with NMEA-settings of the GPS? Is the baud rate incompatible? Anyone got any clues? I'm new to this. Do I have to switch to NMEA mode, and how do I do this, I've got the sirfdemo tool?
