Louder recorded voice

As I said before, I find the voice guidance rather low in volume, and too high-pitched in the case of the text-to-speech characters. Penelope is fine, if a bit quiet. Hence I chased all the files through a primitive sound-editing program and increased the volume quite a bit.

Additionally, I shortened the "Hello! Welcome to Pocketmap Navigator!" to "Hello!", and the "Good-bye! Thank you for using Pocketmap Navigator!" to "Good-bye!". Also, gpslost.wav is now gpsacquire.wav played backwards at half-speed.
