Installation of camera software

Can you point me to a site giving details (for a dummy) of the installing of camera software. I presume that it must go through a desktop PC. I have TT3 on an ipaq h5550 pocketPC. Can I download the current version of the camera software and have it work with TT version THREE. How is one warned, is it a visual or audio warning.

You need to install a program called CheckPOInt, download from the link below, install via ActiveSync, then download the Safety Camera files, copy the .ov2 files, .bmp files and any .wav files as required to your Great_Britain_Navigator map folder on your storage card, then start CheckPOInt on your PDA and configure it.
