Speed Camera Database with iPaq rz1710

I am having problems importing the Speed Camera Database into my HP Navigation/TomTom. I have saved the correct files for my machine on my PC but I cannot seem to import them successfully into my iPaq. The iPaq is rz1710 and the TomTom is v 4.44. My PC runs XP Professional. Anyone have an easy installation guide for this version?

Have a look at this guide. Although it has been written as a guide to installing POIs onto a PocketPC running TomTom Navigator 5, you should see a number of similarities.
