windows ce services not found this computer ?

I am trying to install the Navman jacket driver on my ipaq, when i click to install i am getting the above error on my computer.
I have the cradle installed ok, it was seen straight away by windows xp.

Anyone help with the error message.

do you have activesync installed?

If not download from below.

Hi Steven thanks for your reply. No i dident have it installed on my computer (do now you told me) it was on the ipaq. and is working and is now in sync and allowing me to install stuff.
