Camera database installation problems

Hi all

Have followed the instructions to the letter however my PC is telling me the files are read only or still in use despite me unchecking the read only box.
Can anyone help with this as I cannot find what I am doing wrong

Are you using the PocketGPSWorld camera database, or another one?

Which SatNav system are you trying to install the database on?
