Hi all,
I have just got a Ipaq 2210, and i intent to put a GPS onto it. i have been told i can connect the gps12 via a lead to the ipaq. Saving me buying another gps. I would like this as the GPS 12 is an excellent unit and is reliable. Is there any complications doing this??
Does anyone know where i can get the cables from? Garmin 12 to 2210 ipaq??
Also i have a GPS lead to connect the GPS to my computer via the serial port, would it be better / cheaper to use this and get a serial to ipaq lead?? Again where can i get such a lead (UK preferably)
Thanks
Jamie.
(PS this is posted to the garmin area to, as i only found this better suited area later!.) |

Another Question, can you confirm the GRQ38 is for the GPS 12 and NOT the GPS 12xl, like mose cables are?
The GPS 12 has a lower voltage than the 12XL.
Thanks
Jamie. |

They use the same data cables, though may be not the same power cable. _________________ Pc-Mobile
