I just bought a Tom Tom Go and recently discovered this site.
Im wanting to install the speed camera database onto my TTG unit, and seeing as Im new to the whole GPS thing.. I wondered if someone could easily explain how I do this, also are the files intalled to the GB SD card or to the internal memory of the TTG, and are the files perfectly safe? Sorry if these questions are obvious to most of you but I just dont want to make any mistakes and end up screwing the thing up hehe, and not be able to restore settings,

Have a look at one of the threads at the top.

All I did was copy the BMP file and the same .ov2 file into the "Great_Britain Navigator Map" folder, make sure that that the BMP file and the .ov2 file have the same name.

Oh and all the above is done by connecting your TT Go to your computer via the supplied cable and it's all stored on your SD card.
