I have a HPiPAQ rz1710 and have loaded all the CheckPOInt v3.2 files but they do not seem to activate on my system. I still get the ordinary camera pictures and not the cameras with the speed limits. Also, although I have activated the various alerts, nothing seems to come up.

What am I doing wrong?

As you say you have an iPAQ rz1710, there's a fair chance that you have a HP Navigation Pack. If that is the case, read the information here.
