Problem reading SD Card

[Fast-Trac]

I have just turned the unit on to be greeted with a screen showing there is no SD card inserted. I have removed and inserted the TomTomGo Great Britain card a number of times, turned the unit on and off and performed a reset. I am still left with the same screen and it is not reading the card. Nothing else seems to work. Has anybody else encountered this? If so could you please post asap. I don't really want to go to work without it tomorrow!

is the sd card in the right way ie copper contacts down have tried a reset of the go the reset button is on the underneath of the unit
is there enough charge in the go to read the card sometimes my ppc wont read an sd card if theres not enough battery power there
