Help with TomTom3 &installing speedcam software

Hi all! Please accept my apologies if this question has been raised before but I did scour the forums and couldnt see an answer anywhere!
I am trying to download the speedcam software but when I have downloaded it I cannot copy it onto my Pocket PC, on the submenu, the paste/copy facility is greyed out!
I am pretty much at my wits end and would be grateful for any help!!
