Mobile speed cameras

On the download database you can install the mobile type camera speed trap, but how does the Go know where they are set up if they are 'mobile' from day to day? Confused

My understanding is that the mobile sites that are flagged on the database are ones where there are frequent traps. These will be the ones I will be adding but if different can someone tell me?
