Been using TTG fine, with 4.40 but then "disabled the ASN" which i and a few others had probs with the directions not refreshing..

Also my TTG has "hung" on a few occasions.. just planning a route etc and when i go to touch the screen..nothing! then i just turn it off and on again, (which seems to delay rebooting somewhat) and it then seems to read back off the Card..

is this a fault with the 4.40 software? as ive heard that there are a few bugs with this version- but im using the saftey camera POI so i dont want to go back to 4.21

Thanks

Is there a new update on the cards?? Confused

I've not seen that problem.

What I get occasionally do get is the TT GO deciding it doesn't want to go where I have programmed but to some previous destination. When I've noticed this (bearing in mind I'm not looking at the screen much - eyes on road mainly) all my route info disappears, it appears to re-calculating - then asks me to turn around and head back where I've just come from!

Most irritating! Like buckman I'll put up with it so I can keep the spedd camera stuff running.

I installed 4v40 the day it came out and it's been absolutely rock solid.
Sounds more like a faulty TTG to me.
Suggest you email TomTom about it.
I believe they're pretty good at sending out replacements.
