Medion MDPPC 250 Help!

I am using a Medion MDPPC250 Pocket PC Navigator.
I drive a cab in Belfast and find this very handy. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the Door Number function to work. There is a little box there to tap the number in. But it doesnt let me type anything in. Please help. Thanks!

Not sure how it works in NI but here in Wales and other regions of UK sometimes house numbers are not listed as available in the programme.
I think it depends which street is selected and how much detail is contained within the programme for the selected road.
