Which GPS have I got?

Hello

Please excuse what may be a daft question but exactly how do I find which GPS I have?

I have recently purchased a Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian which came with a Kenwood system already fitted. I have 2 user manuals for the system.

1. An 'Instruction Manual' which has the following on the front: GPS Navigation System - DNX7240BT/DNX7540BT. This is the main instruction manual for the sound system etc.

2. A 'GPS Navigation Instruction Manual' which has the following on the front: GPS Navigation System - DNX9240BT/DNX7240BT

So how do I find out which exactly is the system fitted? Is there something on the GPS itself which will tell me?

I haven't found the exact system, but googling the code you quoted I found this page, where it says "Built-in Garmin navigation system with TMC tuner". It shows the map as "City Navigator Europe NT 2009".

Thanks for the link. Mine appears to be the DNX7240BT as it has the reversing camera. and the map data as you have indicated.

Thank you I have now subscribed and downloaded the camera database to my vehicle.
