Cannot connect to Tom Tom home

Hi everyone,

I have a Tom Tom 500 with Version 5.02 software installed. I would like to update it to the latest version of software but my Tom Tom will not connect to Tom Tom home even though I have downloaded Tom Tom home software.
I wonder if I have a file missing or corrupt.

My internet connection works fine so it is not that.

any ideas would be great.

The older software seems to be a problem sometimes with the latest HOME.

Try an older version of HOME from Here or Here.

Alternatively you can install Version 7.162 by copying the 7 files, in the Zip File, to the Root of the SD Card.

Just remember to do a Full Backup with Explorer before anything else.
