tomtom 5.2 freezes after 4 seconds

Happy new year all. Can anyone advise me on tomtom 5.2 freezes everytime I turn tomtom on. Had it working fine on my last spv c600 but had to swap for new but same phone. Have loaded onto sd card 20 times or more but everytime it comes on for about 4 seconds then freezes! Please someone help, pulling my hair out! Lee

Hi, yes I have heard its a common problem. But cant find a fix. Been at it for days, and now Im back to work and really need tomtom. Please let me know if you find out, as I will you. Cheers. Lee

Try turning on BT before running TT.

Oh my god!! I have spent nights, hours trying and just a simple thing like that!! Thank you so much for your help. Do you think I will always have to turn on bt first. Did you have same problem? cheers. Lee

On a C600 yes - dont know what the problem was/is but hey it works Smile
