I have just installed TomTom 6 on my Qtek 2020i and I am using the Royaltek Sapphire receiver.
When setting up the receiver I select "Other NMEA GPS Receiver" then select "GPS baud rate 4800" I am then asked to select how the gps is connected.
Can anyone advise what Com port I should use?
If more information is required, please ask.

Hi Abb,

What COM port options does it give you?

I'm guessing here try either:
COM 8
If there is a specific BT COM then try that one

Regards,

Thanks to those who replied. Have now sorted the problem, was trying to link to receiver using a wired system and it does not pick up the Com Port.
Have purchased a TomTom bluetooth receiver and all now works OK.
Will be watching the forums for further info on TT6.

Just for future reference, if you want to use the com port (wired connection) on this device you must first go to Start/ Settings Connections Tab select the Beam or IrDA icon and make sure receive al beams check box is de-selected, the default is to be active and this ties up the com port preventing the unit from seeing a serial connection - Mike
