problem with street pilot 510

Have just downloaded the database, two problems,
1. They have all gone into my favourites as well as where they should go.

2. On a test run they only show the camera speed and number e.g. 40-g-425, no noise, icon, or anything else.

I am now having to delete them ALL out of my favourites before I go out in my wagon tomorrow.
Help!
EDIT- gave up and erased all user imputed data. What a mess, any advice please?

Being new to the sat nav world and having just bought the speed camera database I would really appreciate some help here on how to get it to work in my machine.

All sorted, once I downloaded the multiple files and not the single file download, it worked!
