Are the 'free' January speed cameras only available by purchasing a subscription? If not, can someone tell me where to download them cos I just cant find the link anywhere.
£2 gets you one months access to the speed cameras latest download. There is no limit how many times you can download the database. It also has many other benefits. _________________ -------------------------------------------------------

As for the january database - that one can indeed be had from a variety of sites, but I'll also let Robert check where it is in our archives. _________________ Lutz
Thousands of working hours have been spent (and ongoing) obtaining, compiling, collating, validating, editing, formatting, distributing, supporting and improving upon the database.
The database is a compilation of data arranged in a systematic way. PocketGPSWorld.com makes a qualitatively and quantitatively substantial investment in the collection, assembly, verification, organization and presentation of the contents of the database and a significant investment of human, financial and technical resources. If I wasn't a Lifetime Subscriber, I'd rather trust my licence to a genuine (but out of date) database from here than a hacked version from the Net.
Would it be possible to make a 3 month old version available, on a rolling basis, as a demo?
Bit of a double edged sword this one.
If the January free one was available or as you suggest a 3month old version, some would by nature download it rather than sign up for the latest monthly one.
Whilst others, who still think it should be free and refuse to pay for other peoples hard work will rather download it from elsewhere. _________________ Graham.
