tomtom blocks com5 and i need to release the com5

i've installed succefuly tomtom 5, but now, i can't use COM5.
does anyone know how can i open it again

I believe that this is to do with the driver. You need to get an older version of the driver and this should solve your problem. version 3.07 or older seems to ring a bell.

Exactly what hardware and software are you trying to use? - fill in your signature to give others a clue, what is the exact problem, the other day you had got TomTom working, what are you trying to do with comm port 5 on your device - Mike

i have qtek s100 wm2003SE.

i'm trying to put route navigate 2004 working because it has more street maps of iberia, but when i try to sincronise bluetooth, it says that can´t open com5 and com5 it's the one that it's outbound traffic.

i will try to put older version of tomtom bluetooth driver.
anyone know what it's the best software that support iberia map.

i've made a hard reset and the com4 and com5 ports still blocked.

what can i do? i didn't installed any software after the hard reset.

i found the solution

search for autor Guimenez or by tomtom 5.21 hangs after first configuration

you have there all the solutions.
