Wish I'd read this before ordering mine - as you say, no response to the 'contact us' email, and no way to cancel the order and get it on a price match from PC World either.

My TTOne will just have to remain in the cheap and cheerful sainsbury's carrier bag in my jacket pocket for now.

PC World have got an offer on at the moment £259 for Tom Tom One with a free case

Finally got a reply from TomTom

No, more likely something went wrong in the ordering/despatch process - a cock-up rather than anything else. It happens I'm afraid (although it's still annoying for the customer).

I have recieved an email stating mine has been dispatched. Smile UPS have it logged ont to the system so it should be here Monday.Rolling EyesSoon That's 19 days in total which over the christmas period is not too bad, would still liked to have a bit better notification from TomTom.

...

By some strange coincidence, I also got an email today saying they shipped my case this afternoon. Mind you, I placed my order on 30 December so I haven't been waiting all that long.

Was I making an excuse, or offering a more reasonable (and understandable) explanation from the one proffered (i.e. "and coudn't be bothered posting my order."). Smile

It's here, 3.30pm 10th Jan. so that's 10 working days from ordering. 15days including public holidays and weekends. Not bad, not great. Would not put me off ordering from TomTom again.

I ordered one on Saturday and had confirmation of shipping today so it should be with me on Thursay - that's 4 working days delivered!
