Dataman,
It would be Helpful if you posted replies instead of PM's
There are a abunch of peeps looking fo answers not PM's
I loaded Tomtom 3.01, just as the Onscreen messages stated,
Then Switched over to the 2004 install disks and loaded the Maps Only.
Not Rocket Science here.
TomTom 3.01 and US maps are compatible. Just need to Translate Motorway to Freeway... |

If you use your head you will realise that there are reasons why some methods cannot be posted on an open forum.

Hi DataMan, I have TTN3 on a Dell AXIM X5 with full UK and major European maps which work perfectly, but I also have USA and Canada maps which don`t work with it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Regards

Hi Dataman,
I find myself in the same position as the rest of the above, I have TTN3 on an iPaq 2210, I would also like to know the secret of getting the USA maps to work on the UK version.
thanks in advance |

Hi Dataman,
I use TTN3 (Version 3.07), if I travel to the States I have to install TTN2.24 to utilise the USA Maps.
Does this file of yours allow TTN3 3.07 to read TTN2.24 USA Maps. It is a bit of a bind otherwise.
Many thanks for your help.

Dear Dataman,
Thank you for your reply, I have been notified of a PM via e-mail but I do not appear to actually received one in my GPS Inbox, would it be possible to re-send the patch. It would certainly save me a lot of hassle if it works. If this doesnt work I can give you my e-mail details.
Thank you once again.
Regards,
Tewy |
