I have one of these mounts and can confirm that they do have a ball/socket swivel immediately behind the square that slots into the TomTom.

But I really liked the UK_OS and have put that on. Using the colour schemes appears to have solved the problem of reverting to default Antarctica on both 720 and 920. Thanks again.

I've just checked the above and 'read-only' is not checked, so this is presumably unrelated to the earlier POI problem.

it doesn't have a step down transformer on it so I am guessing that it outputs 12Vdc. The i3 needs 4.75-5.25Vdc. Although it the unit may work on12v it may well burn out.
