Tom Tom Go Live 5000 Now on second Unit

Don't know what is going on at TT? After rakes of phone calls about my 18 month old unit not updating or recognising Live Traffic they agreed to have it back for a look at it. It went to Roumania for assessment. They told me it was out of warranty. So £75 later they send a replacement as they couldn't fix it. The new unit wouldn't recognise My Drive. So another phone call, they took control of my PC and got the replacement unit working. I cant get Live Traffic to work, (in the panel near the top it has an Icon of a car and a cross next to it to show its not working. I rang them again on Thursday to say this and they apologised saying the system wasn't working ans "should" be OK on Friday, it wasn't and today Sunday still not working. I clicked on Status on the device & says its activated and I am connected, click on it and says this TT service is currently unavailable? Can it be still down after 4 days does anyone think? They don't open till Monday? When it works its really good . Cheers. Alan Mac
