Hi,
is it possible to get hold of a "dummy" .txt (spped cams) file for Oslo area to test this software before submitting for a whole year?

There is a dummy database included with the app, to allow you to check that it will work on your phone. After that, the database would be the same as for any other SatNav.

Yes i know that. The app is working but the dummy file is just what it is, a dummy file. I do not know if the app actually pops up nor the accuracy.

Ah sorry, since you didn't say which model of phone you had, I presumed that you were trying to establish whether the software would work on your particular phone. I'll wait for a Norwegian reader to comment on the accuracy/coverage in you area. The Speed Camera Statistics page will give you an idea of how many cameras exist, but you'd need to judge how complete that was, based on your local knowledge.

In order to test the app (see popup's & hear warnings), can I suggest that you use the existing database, but modify a few of the entries, giving them local positions e.g. along your route to/from work? This would give you a chance to see the application in use.
